File Upload & Content Submission Policy

1. Purpose

This File Upload & Content Submission Policy governs the submission of files, documents, text, and other materials through NaumanHanif.com (“Website”), including but not limited to submissions made via:

  • Collaboration Form
  • Contact Form
  • Blog contribution mechanisms
  • Any future submission interfaces

By submitting any content or files, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Types of Submissions Covered

This Policy applies to:

  • Research proposals
  • Academic manuscripts
  • Curriculum vitae (CVs)
  • Supporting documents
  • Media files
  • Images
  • Text content
  • Blog articles
  • Any other uploaded files

3. Ownership & Rights of Submitted Content

By submitting content or files, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are the lawful owner of the material, OR
  2. You have obtained all necessary permissions to submit the material.

Submission of content does NOT automatically transfer ownership to the Website Owner.

Unless separately agreed in writing:

  • You retain ownership of your submitted materials.
  • You grant the Website Owner a limited, non-exclusive right to review, store, and evaluate the submission for communication or collaboration purposes.

4. No Implied Contract

Submission of files or content:

  • Does NOT create a contractual relationship
  • Does NOT create a partnership
  • Does NOT create a joint venture
  • Does NOT obligate the Website Owner to respond

Any collaboration must be confirmed through separate written agreement.

5. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or submit content that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Violates copyright or trademark laws
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or abusive
  • Contains confidential third-party information without authorization
  • Violates export control laws
  • Violates academic integrity standards

Submission of prohibited content may result in:

  • Immediate deletion
  • Blocking of access
  • Legal action
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities

6. File Security & Review

Uploaded files:

  • May be stored in controlled directories
  • May be subject to review
  • May be deleted if deemed unsafe or irrelevant

The Website Owner does not guarantee permanent storage of submitted files.

Users are responsible for retaining their own copies.

7. Malware & Technical Risks

Although reasonable precautions are taken:

  • The Website Owner cannot guarantee that files transmitted via the internet are free from risk.
  • Users are responsible for scanning their own systems before submission.
  • The Website Owner is not liable for technical issues arising from file transmission.

8. Blog Content Submissions

If you submit blog content:

  • You grant permission to publish it on the Website.
  • You confirm that the content does not infringe any rights.
  • You accept that formatting or editorial adjustments may be made.

The Website Owner reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove content at discretion.

9. Confidential Information

You are advised NOT to submit:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website Owner shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of submitted materials
  • Unauthorized access caused by third-party attacks
  • Infringement claims resulting from user submissions
  • Damages arising from reliance on submitted content

Users assume full responsibility for materials they submit.

12. Right to Remove Content

The Website Owner reserves the right to:

  • Delete submissions
  • Refuse uploads
  • Suspend submission privileges
  • Remove published content

without prior notice.

13. International Users

Users submitting content from outside the United States acknowledge that:

  • Data may be processed and stored in the United States
  • They are responsible for compliance with local laws
